The 17th management summit of The Outfit Group was successfully held in Huadu from January 8th to 10th, 2016.

The summit was not only a summary of the former three-year plan, but also a new beginning of the next three-year plan. During three day’s agenda, managers from The Outfit Guangzhou and other branches made their own three-year summary, and had constructive discussions with colleagues of the factory. After discussion and suggestion, by specifying several objectives, the next three-year plan of The Outfit was made.

In the basis of The Outfit’s development and current market situation, the new three-year plan include five aspects, which are achieving new sales performance, improving corporate image, developing factory’s design capability, increasing employee’s benefits and marketing expansion.
