Detailed Rules and Regulations of Eight-year Free Warranty
Object of warranty rights and interests:
The Buyer of Purchase Contract; if the Buyer sells the bought products to the third party, the third party shall not enjoy the related rights and interests.
Range of warranted product:
Furniture product bought by the Buyer of Purchase Contract from THE-OUTFIT Company.
Implementation of These Rules and Regulations
The buyer shall present Purchase Contract, Payment Evidence and Warranty Certificate.
Rules for free maintenance:
THE-OUTFIT Company shall provide warranty and free maintenance service for the quality problem of machinery parts and manufacturing of furniture within eight years since the date of buying THE-OUTFIT product.
Rules for service:
I. Pre-sale service:
Provide Professional consultation service;
Provide door-to-door product introduction by professional sales personnel;
Display products in showroom/provide project watching;
Provide free computer aided drawing;
Provide product simulation or demonstration service;
Provide furniture temporary borrowing service.
Provide professional project management service;
Provide free urban transportation;
Provide professional project installation and maintenance;
Provide once comprehensive cleaning service before product acceptance;
Provide eight-year warranty service since the date of product acceptance;
Regularly arrange person to inspect furniture after product putting into service;
During warranty period, provide furniture cleaning, renovation, relocation, dismounting and other service according to customers' requirement;
Provide regular telephone interview and after-sale tracking.
